What's the plan, man?
Step 1 - We chat about what you need in a new website during a "totally NO cost consultation". A start date is planned, and you place your deposit to secure that spot ($500 non-refundable deposit, for all website projects, which goes toward your package price). Spots are offered on a first come, first served basis, depending on who pays their deposit first upon receipt of an invoice.
Once we have your deposit you will receive a welcome packet, which includes our terms & conditions, a questionnaire to guide us through your project, and a breakdown of items we will need from you. Take your time, go through these items, and feel free to ask ANY questions that come up.
Step 2 - Once you have submitted your questionnaire, and necessary items are collected, we set up your first tutorial. We prefer to spend at least 1.5 - 2 hours this first time to show you the basics of your new website and instruct you on how to bring your new content in. It is also important to make sure your schedule is clear so you can devote the next few weeks to updating your website with content, inventory, pictures and any other information you plan to share with your visitors. We are always available for assistance along the way, never fear!
Step 3 - This is when we start the design of your new site, and your second payment is due. We start designing your new site based on the feedback we received in your questionnaire. Once the graphics are approved, your final payment is made and we start the next phase, bringing it to LIFE. All images, copyright and licenses will be yours at this point.
Step 4 - All coding happens during this time. We will schedule your final training during this time too, to answer questions that might have come up along the way - and show you more in depth tips/tricks to managing your new website. Once the programming is done, we schedule an official launch date. This date coincides with our programming being done, your content entry being complete and checked, and all website testing is A-OK. We move your domain over, officially launch your site, and away you go...
