    I've worked in technology for over 16 years, and many of those years were in a supervisory position. I learned the importance of servicing your customers, not treating them like "just one of the herd" but instead like small business owners like myself.

    I mean come on, you know that had to be in here somewhere. We have to love what we do, or it would show in our work - and it would be icky! Let's be honest when your heart is not in it - it shows.  So we pour our hearts into every project, and it shows!

  • We get it.

    We are like you, small business owners, which means we go through the same struggles, triumphs and highs/lows that you do. We are on the same wavelength, feel the same vibe, we just get it!

  • We share knowledge.

    Oh, we love to. Wanna know how that works, just ask. We love training, sharing and giving. You might even have to tell us "information overload" if we get to rambling about the fun new features we are installing on your website.

  • We are patient.

    We know what it is like to start a daunting project, reaching into the unknown, and we want you to know that we will be there.  That is why we say grab your favorite drink, sit down, and tell us what you want.  We'll take it from there.

  • We have a creative eye.

    Oftentimes designers are good at "code" and can make a website do cartwheels, but what about the creative side?  You want someone who knows their code, and can design a front-end to wow even your neighbors.  How about being the Jones for once?!?

  • The Internet, a dark & scary place sometimes.
